George O'Halloran is a former UPS driver who was born in Connecticut and later moved to Florida in the late 1970s. He has spent much of his life in Florida, where he has grown to love the warm weather, sandy beaches, and lush greenery. Throughout his life, George has been an avid golfer and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.
In addition to his love of golf, George is also very devoted to his family and his dog, Mila. He has always put his loved ones first and strives to ensure that they are happy and well taken care of. George's caring and compassionate nature are qualities that have made him a beloved member of his community.
After retiring from his career at UPS, George began working as a residential property manager in Satellite Beach, Florida. He enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with his job, and takes great pride in ensuring that his tenants are happy and satisfied with their living arrangements.

Brian Hagensick has more than 25 years of experience in the property management business, he has owned his own brokerage as well as managed several large property management companies. While in property Management, Brian was very active in The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) serving on the local board as President (3 terms) and Treasurer for over 10 years. He also was a founding member of NARPM’s Florida State chapter and served as its treasurer for over 10 years. Over his career Brian was also selected as “Property Manager of the Year” three time by the Pensacola Association of Realtors. In 2020 Brian retired from active property management and formed a property management consulting and accounting company assisting several property management companies around the state with their accounting and operations.
Born in Pensacola to a Navy family and apart from a few years spent in Jacksonville, Washington DC and Incirlik AB, Adana Turkey he has spent his entire life in Northwest Florida. As a tenth generation Floridian, proud of his heritage and the impact they have made on the area. Brian has been married for 45+ years to my wife Garnett, together they have two daughters, who along with their husbands have blessed us with five wonderful grandchildren. He is active in his Church and The Knights of Columbus. In his spare time, he enjoys the beach, traveling and visiting with friends.
